Asked in the fitting room
The questions that arrive most often, answered the way we would answer them across a table.
Can I buy straight from this site?
No, and that is on purpose. This is our rail, not our till. Every buy button opens the page for that piece at our retail partner, and the purchase happens there.
Are the prices here the ones I will pay?
They are the prices we last read from the partner feed, and they move. Take the figure here as a signpost and the partner page as the answer.
Where do the star ratings come from?
From our retail partner, unchanged. We do not write reviews, we do not commission them and we do not average them into something friendlier. Pieces with no ratings yet show none.
Two colours of the same piece show the same rating. Why?
Because the partner counts them as one listing, so every colour of that piece carries the same rating and the same count. It is one pool of ratings, not four. That is also why the totals on the front page count each pool once instead of once per colour.
How do I pick between two sizes?
Read the size chart on the partner page first, it is measured in centimetres and it is the real one. Then decide whether you want the piece to skim or to swim: our oversized shapes already carry the extra room, so sizing up again usually goes too far.
What does the fit finder actually filter on?
Four things: how close the piece sits, what the neck does, how much sleeve there is and where the hem lands. Nothing hidden, nothing weighted. Leave a question on either way and it stops narrowing.
Is this the whole range?
It is everything we can currently show with a photograph, a live price and stock. Pieces the partner has sold out of drop off the rail rather than sit here teasing you.
Still stuck? The fit finder narrows the rail in four questions, and the studio answers letters. Open the fit finder or write to us.
