If the drape misses
Sometimes a piece sits differently on you than it did on the sample. That is a return, and it goes back the way it came: to our retail partner.
How a return works
The order was placed with our retail partner, so the return is theirs to run. Open the order on their site and start the return from there. The window, the condition rules and the way the money comes back are all theirs, printed on that page.
Do not send anything to the studio address. There is no counter there, no returns desk and nobody who can put money back on your card, and a parcel arriving would only sit in a corner while your window closed.
What we would rather do than take a return
Ask us first. If you tell us how tall you are, what you normally wear and whether you want the piece to skim or to swim, we will tell you which of two sizes we would put you in, and we will say so plainly if we think neither is right.
The fit finder does the same job with four questions, and it costs nothing to change your mind halfway through.
Where returns come from most
Length, almost always. A tunic that reads as a dress on a shorter frame, a midi that lands at an awkward point on a taller one. That is why every piece here carries a note about where the hem falls, and why it is one of the four questions.
In one line each
- Returns are opened and processed by our retail partner, from your order page.
- The return window and the refund route are theirs, and they are printed at their checkout.
- Nothing should be sent to the studio address, there is no returns desk there.
Still stuck? The fit finder narrows the rail in four questions, and the studio answers letters. Open the fit finder or write to us.
