Studio address for letters
Letters and samples of yarn are welcome. Parcels are not: there is no counter at this address, nothing to try on and nobody to receive a return.
What we can answer
How a piece is cut and how it sits, what the blend is, which of two shapes is the longer one, whether a colour reads warm or cool in daylight. This is the part we actually know, because we drew it.
What we cannot answer
Anything about an order that has already been placed. The order lives with our retail partner, and only they can see it: where the parcel is, what was charged, whether a return has been received. Their order page and their support are the fastest route, and we have no window into any of it.
Where we are
The studio address is at the bottom of every page. Letters reach us there. There is nothing to try on at that address, no counter and no rail on display, so please do not send parcels to it.
