What we would tell you in the studio
- Twisted waist construction. The front features an integrated twist panel that changes the direction of the ribbing across the midsection. It shapes the knit without adding heavy bulk or rigid boning to the waist.
- Fine rib texture. Knitted in a lightweight vertical rib in clean white yarn. The rib structure gives the dress lateral give while maintaining its column shape against the body.
- Hem and back slit. The skirt drops well below the knee toward the ankle. A clean back slit opens the lower hem so your stride stays natural despite the narrow cut.
- Washing and care. Machine wash cold inside a mesh laundry bag to protect the rib structure from snagging. Tumble dry on low heat or lay the piece flat on a towel.
Living with this one
Do
- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.

- The hot tumble dryer, which is how knit becomes one size smaller.
