What we would tell you in the studio

  • Crew neck and front tie. The top finishes with a classic crew neckline and a knit tie at the front waist. You can knot it loosely or leave it open over a base tank, while the dropped sleeve seam keeps the shoulder line relaxed.
  • Roomy knit cut. We knit both pieces with generous ease so the fabric falls straight down without pulling. The top hem rests around the hip, giving you full coverage when moving through an airport or sitting for hours.
  • Single dye lot. Knitted together from one dye batch, the top and bottoms match in shade and texture. You can wear the pair together as a coordinated set, or split the tie top to wear over plain denim.
  • Cold wash and flat dry. Hand wash or dry clean to keep the knit soft and preserve the shape of the tie detail. Press water out gently in a flat towel and dry away from heat rather than hanging.
