What we would tell you in the studio
- Square neckline and shoulders. The front opens into a wide square cut that sits flat against the collarbone. Wide shoulder bands give clean coverage and hold the dress steady across the chest without pulling.
- Straight relaxed body. We shaped the body to hang straight from the underarms down to the lower hem. The knit skims along the torso instead of hugging tight, giving you room to move on warm afternoons.
- Integrated side pockets. Two deep pockets sit inset along the side seams. We stabilized the pocket openings so they stay flat against the hip line instead of bunching up when you carry small items.
- Washing and yarn care. The smooth knit fabric handles a standard gentle machine cycle without losing its spring. Lay the dress flat on a clean towel to dry so the straps and hem keep their original shape.

- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
