What we would tell you in the studio
- High waist band. The waistband sits high and stays flat against the waist. It anchors the trousers without bunching so the wide leg starts to drop freely from the high hip down.
- Slit palazzo leg. We cut the legs loose and wide, adding high side slits toward the bottom. The open sides let air move through the knit and give the hem a clean break over your shoes.
- Drape and yarn feel. The knit blend has enough weight to pull straight down, which resists wrinkling after hours in a suitcase. It feels cool to the touch and springs back when stretched.
- Care and wash. Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with similar colours. Lay the trousers flat to dry so the leg length and side slits keep their original shape.
