What we would tell you in the studio
- V-neck and button placket. The front opens into a clear V-neckline anchored by a row of tonal buttons. Fasten them to wear the piece as a light tunic, or leave the front loose over a tank.
- Short sleeve coverage. We shaped this with set-in short sleeves that end above the elbow. The cuffs sit flat against the arm without tight elastic, making it easy to slip under a heavier coat later.
- Straight hem and patch pockets. The body runs straight down the torso to land well past the hip. Two front patch pockets are stitched directly onto the lower panels to hold small items without sagging the knit.
- Cold wash and flat dry. Wash this piece on cold in a mesh bag or hand wash with similar colors. Reshape the body while damp and lay it flat to dry so the fine-gauge yarn holds its shape.
