What we would tell you in the studio
- V-neckline and buttons. The front opens into a wide V that fastens with tonal buttons down the center placket. You can wear it fastened down or leave it unbuttoned over light underlayers.
- Straight tunic length. The hem drops past the hip line to give steady coverage without adding bulk around the waist. The straight side seams keep the silhouette narrow and steady when you walk.
- Smooth fine knit. We use a lightweight blend that feels soft to the touch and sits smooth against bare arms. It provides a light layer of cover for cool rooms and mild days.
- Laundering and care. Wash on a cold cycle inside a mesh laundry bag, or hand wash with similar colors. Reshape the knit while damp and dry it flat so the seams and hem hold their shape.

- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.
- Measure a jumper you already like and compare it before you settle on a size.

- The hot tumble dryer, which is how knit becomes one size smaller.
- Hangers with thin shoulders, they leave two points that never come out.
