What we would tell you in the studio

  • Crewneck top and sleeves. The top is built with a round ribbed collar and long sleeves that gather lightly at the wrists. Its boxy cut keeps the fabric off the skin through the chest and waist.
  • Drawstring short. Knitted in the same dye lot, the matching shorts feature a soft waistband with a functional tie. The legs sit loose around the thigh for easy movement.
  • Cropped hemline. The hem on the pullover lands short, meeting the high rise of the shorts. It leaves room for a base layer underneath if you want an extra fold of cotton at the waist.
  • Laundering and care. Wash both pieces together in cool water on a gentle cycle so the green tone stays matched. Lay them flat on a drying rack to keep the knit from stretching out.
