What we would tell you in the studio
- Open neckline design. The neck sits wide and open, exposing the collarbones and balancing the proportion of the long sleeves. It stays in place without pulling or bunching across the chest.
- Straight body cut. We shaped the torso to hang straight down from the shoulders to the mini hem. The knit skims the body rather than pulling tight, giving the lightweight fabric room to move.
- Sleeve and hem balance. Full-length sleeves provide complete arm coverage against the short hemline. The cuffs finish neatly at the wrist so the fabric does not slide down over your hands.
- Gentle wash care. Wash on a gentle machine cycle or hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Lay the dress flat across a towel to air dry so the knit keeps its shape.

- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.

- The hot tumble dryer, which is how knit becomes one size smaller.
