What we would tell you in the studio
- High neck and batwing sleeve. The turtleneck folds over softly to cover the throat, while the low batwing armholes give the upper body plenty of room to move without pulling at the collar.
- Roomy knit profile. We shaped this dress to sit loose along the torso and hips. The fabric drops under its own weight, keeping a clean line rather than clinging to layers underneath.
- Split hemline. Open slits at both side seams let the lower hem shift naturally as you walk. The extra clearance keeps the knit from catching or bunching over leggings and thick tights.
- Care and washing. Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water using a laundry mesh bag, or wash by hand in cool water. Reshape the dress and lay it flat to dry instead of hanging.
