What we would tell you in the studio

  • Crewneck top cut. The upper piece hangs well away from the torso with a wide body and long sleeves. Its hem lands higher on the waistline to balance the volume of the matching trousers.
  • Wide leg trouser. The pants drop straight from the waistband down to an open hem. The knit has enough weight to fall without clinging, keeping the lower leg loose and comfortable.
  • Solid black yarn. We dyed this pair in deep black across both pieces so the shade matches completely. The yarn is smooth, light in hand, and soft enough for all-day wear around the house.
  • Washing and drying. Wash this set on a gentle cycle in cold water using mild detergent. Lay both pieces flat on a clean towel to dry so the knit retains its original shape.

Do

  • Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
  • Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
