What we would tell you in the studio

  • Stretch denim hand. The fabric blends cotton with flexible synthetic yarns for a softer feel than standard rigid denim. It stretches with movement and pulls back into place after a full day of wear.
  • High elastic waist. The wide waistband pulls straight on without metal buttons or zippers to dig into your middle. It sits high and holds its position while you sit, walk, or bend.
  • Ankle cut skinny leg. The legs taper closely through the thigh down to a clean ankle opening. The narrow cuff sits neatly above sneakers, flats, or inside tall boots.
  • Wash and care. Turn the pair inside out before machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle. Line dry or lay flat to preserve the elasticity and keep the light blue wash even.

Do

  • Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
