What we would tell you in the studio
- Striped gauge and colour. We knit the body in alternating horizontal blocks of apricot and soft grey. The fine-gauge stitch keeps the overall weight light, so the fabric folds naturally without stiffness as you move.
- Crew neckline and pocket. The round crewneck is finished with narrow ribbing that holds its circle without stretching wide. A small patch pocket sits on the left chest, knitted in the same stripe pattern.
- Roomy cut and sleeves. The body drops straight from the shoulders, leaving plenty of room through the torso. Long sleeves taper gently toward the wrists, ending in ribbed cuffs that stay in place when pushed up.
- Washing and shape care. Hand wash this knit in cool water or have it dry cleaned. Press out the excess water between clean towels and lay it flat to dry so the stripes stay aligned and the hem keeps its shape.

- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
