What we would tell you in the studio
- Brushed yarn texture. The knit has a brushed face that feels smooth against bare skin. A built in stretch helps the fabric give as you move and recover its shape after a day of wear.
- Crewneck button front. The plain round neckline sits close to the base of the neck when buttoned. Unbuttoned, the placket falls straight down the front and frames whatever collared shirt or tee you wear underneath.
- Roomy hanging cut. The body is cut wide through the chest and waist, dropping to a clean lower hem. Long sleeves cover the wrists, and the lightweight gauge keeps the layer from bunching under an outer coat.
- Washing and drying. Wash this knit in cold water on a gentle cycle or by hand. Reshape the damp cardigan and lay it flat on a dry towel so the brushed knit dries evenly without stretching out.
