What we would tell you in the studio
- Dense yarn gauge. The knit uses a tight, fine gauge that stays opaque and feels cool against bare skin. It holds enough body to drape flat through the front panels without clinging to underlayers.
- Cropped straight hem. We cut the body straight down from the underarms to land at the hipbone. Ribbing anchors the bottom hem, preventing the edge from curling up or stretching wide during daily wear.
- Armholes and neckline. The V-neck dips to an open depth that works solo or over button-down collars. We knit the arm openings close to the body so they sit flush without gaping under the arms.
- Cold wash care. Hand wash this knit in cold water or run it inside a mesh laundry bag on gentle. Lay it flat across a towel to dry so the yarn retains its length and square shape.

- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
