What we would tell you in the studio
- Crew neckline. The neckband is knitted in a tidy rib that sits flat against the collarbone. It holds its line without stretching out or gaping after a day of wear.
- Cropped hemline. The hem finishes short and rests above the hip line. Ribbed knitting along the lower edge gives the band enough grip to sit cleanly over high waists.
- Fitted long sleeves. The sleeves follow the arm closely from shoulder to wrist. Narrow ribbed cuffs keep the fabric in place and slide easily under the sleeves of a jacket.
- Care and handling. Wash by hand in cold water or run a gentle cold cycle. Lay the sweater flat on a dry towel to dry so the knit keeps its shape.

- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.
