What we would tell you in the studio
- Tie front closure. Two knit cords fasten the front opening together. You can pull them snug to shape the neckline or leave them loose so the cardigan hangs apart over a camisole.
- Cropped boxy cut. The body is cut wide and finishes high on the waist. Because the knit sits off the torso, it layers over high rise denim, skirts, or light dresses without bunching around the hips.
- Short sleeve coverage. Short sleeves extend straight from the dropped shoulder seam. They offer upper arm coverage while keeping the knit lightweight and easy to wear through mild weather.
- Washing and shape. Hand wash in cool water with gentle detergent and press the water out using a towel. Lay it flat across a drying rack so the chunky knit holds its shape.

- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.
