What we would tell you in the studio

  • Wide adjustable neckline. The open neckline sits wide across the collarbones as a boat neck or shifts easily over one shoulder. It lies flat without rolling, letting you change how the top sits throughout the day.
  • Lantern sleeve shape. The sleeves drop low from the shoulder and billow into a lantern shape through the arm. Long ribbed cuffs pull the volume back in at the wrist so the fabric stays put.
  • Ribbed mini hem. Below the blouson waist, the knit transitions into a dense rib that holds closer to the hips. The hem lands high on the leg, making it easy to pair with tall boots or heavy tights.
  • Gentle hand washing. Hand wash this knit in cold water or send it for dry cleaning. Avoid the tumble dryer, squeeze the water out gently without wringing, and lay the dress flat on a towel to dry.
