What we would tell you in the studio
- Crew neck placket. The front closes with metal buttons set into a clean knit placket that meets the round crew neck. It buttons up smoothly to the collarbone or hangs straight when left unfastened.
- Striped knit gauge. Alternating stripes of nutmeg and off-white run through the body and down the sleeves. The fine-to-medium gauge knit lays flat across the chest without pulling or bunching.
- Straight sleeve profile. The long sleeves follow a straight line from shoulder to wrist. Ribbed cuffs keep the ends in place if you push them up the forearm while working.
- Wash and shape. Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent and press out the water in a dry towel. Lay flat on a rack to dry so the stripe alignment stays true.
