What we would tell you in the studio

  • High mock collar. The neck band stands upright without folding over, sitting close to keep the line clean under a tailored jacket or winter coat. It holds its shape through a full day of wear.
  • Roomy straight cut. We give the body a generous drape that falls away from the torso rather than clinging. The weight of the knit pulls the silhouette down into a steady, unfussy column.
  • Full length sleeves. Long sleeves follow the arm down to straight cuffs that rest over the wrist. They push up easily when you want a shorter line and stay in place without tight elastic.
  • Washing and care. Wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours to protect the yarn. Lay the knit flat to dry on a towel so the body and sleeves keep their original length.

  • Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
  • Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
