What we would tell you in the studio

  • Crew neck and sleeve shape. The top is built with a simple round crew neckline that lies flat against the collarbone. Three-quarter sleeves provide room through the forearm and finish cleanly without pulling tight.
  • Trouser waistband and drape. We shaped the trousers with a wide elastic waist that stays in place without hardware. The knit falls straight from the hip down through a relaxed leg, giving the fabric room to move.
  • Dark grey knit gauge. This dark grey yarn is spun for a soft hand against bare skin. The knit has enough body to keep its shape through repeated wear, pairing both halves in a single consistent shade.
  • Washing and flat drying. Machine wash the set on a gentle cycle or dry clean. We recommend laying both the top and trousers flat on a towel to dry so the knit retains its original length and waistband stretch.

Living with this one

Do

  • Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
