What we would tell you in the studio
- Crewneck and button placket. A round crew neck sits close to the collarbone with flat knit edging. Small matching buttons run down the center front so you can fasten it fully or wear it open over thin layers.
- Roomy cropped body. The body is cut wide through the chest and drops straight to a cropped hemline. That extra ease keeps the knit from clinging to whatever you wear underneath.
- Fine gauge white yarn. Spun from a smooth synthetic blend, the knit feels soft against bare skin without scratchiness. White 2 is a clean, bright shade with a solid, even stitch definition.
- Washing and drying. Wash on a cold gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag, or wash by hand. Squeeze out excess water without twisting, reshape the body, and lay it flat on a dry towel.

- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.

- The hot tumble dryer, which is how knit becomes one size smaller.
