What we would tell you in the studio
- Open crew line. The collar bands into a simple crew profile that sits flat against the neck before dropping into a clean open front. It leaves room for collared shirts or higher base tops underneath.
- Fine gauge knit. We selected a smooth, thin-gauge yarn so this piece adds a layer without heaviness. The knit has enough weight to hang straight down to the knee while staying light in hand.
- Pockets and hem. Two deep patch pockets are knitted directly onto the lower body panels to hold small items. The bottom hem is finished with a flat edge that resists rolling during daily wear.
- Washing and shape. Hand wash in cool water or use a gentle cycle with a laundry bag to protect the fine stitches. Lay the knit flat on a dry towel to preserve the long straight hem.

Do
- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.

- The hot tumble dryer, which is how knit becomes one size smaller.
