What we would tell you in the studio

  • Metallic snap placket. The v-neckline opens into a front placket with metal snaps you can fasten or leave unbuttoned. A small decorative flap sits flat against the upper chest.
  • Loose body line. The knit hangs away from the torso rather than hugging it. That extra room gives the caramel fabric space to drape softly without pulling across the shoulders or waist.
  • Full length sleeves. Straight-cut sleeves reach down to the wrists with a gentle give. The fine gauge allows them to slide easily under heavier cardigans and coats when the temperature drops.
  • Simple wash care. Machine wash cold inside out to protect the snap hardware and the smooth face of the knit. Lay the piece flat on a drying rack so the hem stays even.

  • Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
  • Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
