What we would tell you in the studio
- Brushed light knit. The yarn blend has a smooth, lightly brushed surface that sits soft against bare arms. It provides light warmth without heavy bulk, packing down small into a tote bag without holding hard creases.
- Open front and pockets. The front stays open without buttons or ties, letting the fabric fall in clean vertical lines. We set two flat patch pockets low on the front panels to keep daily items nearby without pulling the hem.
- Sleeve and cut. The body is cut roomy, leaving plenty of space across the shoulders and through the torso. Long sleeves run straight down to clean-finished cuffs, staying easy to push up the forearm when needed.
- Care and washing. Wash this cardigan in cold water on a gentle cycle. Lay the piece flat on a drying rack so the lightweight knit holds its shape and keeps its soft surface texture intact.

Do
- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.

- The hot tumble dryer, which is how knit becomes one size smaller.
