What we would tell you in the studio
- Crew neckline and close body. The round collar sits flat against the collarbone with narrow ribbing that holds its shape. Through the chest and waist, the knit follows the line of the body without extra bulk.
- Short cropped hem. We finished the waist with a short hem that clears the hip entirely. A firm ribbed band keeps the bottom edge anchored so it stays put as you move.
- Long set-in sleeves. The sleeves run full length down to the wrist, ending in tidy ribbed cuffs. The knit has enough give to push up the forearm when you want less coverage.
- Yarn hand and wash care. The yarn feels soft against bare skin and holds gentle mechanical stretch. Wash it cold on a gentle cycle with like colors, then dry the piece flat to preserve its shape.

Do
- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.
