What we would tell you in the studio
- Open front line. The front panels hang straight with a wide band trim along the edge. The line drops into a gentle V shape when worn open, keeping the front clear and simple.
- Patch pockets. Two knit pockets are stitched flat to the lower panels at resting hand height. They lay smooth against the fabric so the side line remains uncluttered.
- Yarn and drape. The knit is light in hand but dense enough to hold its shape across hours of sitting. It adds a layer of cover without feeling heavy over tees or woven shirts.
- Wash and care. Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent. Reshape the body while damp and dry flat on a towel so the pockets and hem do not stretch out.

- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.

- The hot tumble dryer, which is how knit becomes one size smaller.
