What we would tell you in the studio
- Cable and eyelet knit. Rope cables run vertically alongside open eyelet stitches, giving the black fabric surface depth. The knit has enough body to hold its shape while staying soft to the touch.
- Crew neckline and placket. A round crew neck band sits flat against the collarbone. Matched buttons fasten the front all the way up, so you can wear it closed as a top or unbuttoned over a base layer.
- Roomy straight drape. The body is cut wide to hang away from the waist and hips. That extra room means it layers over long-sleeve tees and collared shirts without pulling across the back.
- Care and washing. Hand wash or use a gentle cycle with cold water. Lay the knit flat on a towel to dry so the wet cables keep their length and shape without stretching out.
