What we would tell you in the studio
- Crew neckline and shoulders. The neck is bound with a simple ribbed band that sits flat against the collarbone. Armholes are cut clean without extra bulk, keeping the sleeveless profile neat under light jackets or worn on its own.
- Integrated waist tie. Two wide ties extend from the side seams to wrap and knot across the midsection. You can tie them loosely or pull them firm to alter how the stretch jersey gathers across the front.
- Close mini hem. The cut follows the body down to a short hemline that ends well above the knee. Side seams run straight down, relying on the stretch in the knit to move as you walk without riding up.
- Care and washing. Machine wash cold inside a mesh laundry bag to protect the waist ties from tangling. Tumble dry on low heat or lay the dress flat on a clean towel so the fine knit retains its shape.
