What we would tell you in the studio
- Crew neck and shoulders. The plain crew neckline sits flat against the collarbone without pulling. We finish the sleeveless armholes with clean, low-profile banding so they stay flush to the underarm through a full day of movement.
- Waist wrap detail. A self-fabric tie extends from the side seam to wrap across the midsection. You can knot it loosely or pull it snug, changing how the knit gathers across the front of the body.
- Short hemline. The hem lands well above the knee for an open, easy stride. Because the knit has natural recovery, the lower edge stays horizontal and holds its line instead of curling upward while you walk.
- Wash and care. Wash on a cold cycle inside a mesh laundry bag to protect the fine-gauge surface from snagging. Tumble dry on low heat, or reshape the dress and lay it flat on a dry towel.
