What we would tell you in the studio
- Wide ribbed neck. The knitted collar band spreads wide across the collarbones. You can pull the ribbed edge down over one shoulder or both, or let it sit wide as a bateau neckline.
- Close ribbed body. The fine vertical rib has natural spring. It sits close to the torso and stretches as you move, keeping its shape through hours of wear without bagging out at the waist.
- Cropped straight hem. We finished the body short so the edge lands cleanly at high waistlines. It pairs easily with high-rise denim, knit skirts, or tailored trousers without bunching or adding bulk.
- Cold water care. Wash this knit by hand in cold water without bleach to preserve the soft hand of the yarn. Lay it flat across a towel to dry so the ribbed gauge keeps its shape.
Living with this one

- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
