What we would tell you in the studio
- Open neckline cut. The neck sits wide and open across the collarbone, leaving the throat clear. It keeps its square angle through the smocked construction across the upper body.
- Long straight sleeve. The sleeves are cut long and follow the arm down to a clean cuff finish. They provide full coverage while maintaining a light feel in warm weather.
- Lined skirt body. A soft lining sits beneath the main knit, giving the dress substance so it hangs straight down to the lower hem without clinging to base layers.
- Washing and drying. Wash in cool water on a gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag, or wash by hand. Hang or line dry out of direct sun to keep the hot pink yarn bright.
