Womens Lounge Sets 2 Piece Matching Pajamas Fall Outfits

We knit this two-piece set as a matching pair so the yarn weight and dye lot stay consistent across both pieces. The top has a plain round crewneck and long sleeves, while the cut hangs away from the body for an uncinched fit. It works for rest or quiet days around the house.

What we would tell you in the studio

  • Rib knit texture. We chose a fine vertical rib for this set to give the fabric natural give across the body. The yarn has soft stretch that springs back after hours of wear without pulling tight.
  • Crewneck and long sleeves. The top features a simple bound crewneck that sits flat against the collarbone. Full-length sleeves fall straight to the wrist, giving you steady coverage without bulky cuffs.
  • Roomy proportions. The cut is intentionally loose through the torso, dropping past the waist toward the hip. Both pieces hang freely rather than clinging, leaving plenty of room for easy movement.
  • Laundering the set. Wash both pieces together in cold water on a gentle cycle so the army green shade stays uniform over time. Lay the pieces flat to dry to keep the ribs straight.

Living with this one

Do

  • Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
  • Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
  • Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.
  • Measure a jumper you already like and compare it before you settle on a size.

Skip

  • Bleach and fabric softener, both of them flatten the surface.
  • The hot tumble dryer, which is how knit becomes one size smaller.
  • Hangers with thin shoulders, they leave two points that never come out.
  • Ironing directly on the face of the knit.
