Womens Lounge Sets 2 Piece Matching Pajamas Fall Outfits

We knit this two piece set in a soft, stretchy rib that hangs away from the body for an easy drape. The top features a plain round crewneck and long sleeves, paired with matching bottoms in the same rich winered shade. Both pieces are dyed together so the color matches across the full outfit.

What we would tell you in the studio

  • Ribbed knit texture. The rib gives the fabric natural give and recovery as you move. It has a soft hand against bare skin and keeps its shape after a full day of wear.
  • Crewneck and long sleeves. We finished the top with a simple round crew neckline that sits flat. Long sleeves finish with neat cuffs that stay pushed up when you want them out of the way.
  • Roomy proportions. The cut is relaxed through the body, with a top hem that lands around the hip. The matching bottoms hang straight and give you room to sit, stretch, or sleep.
  • Laundering and care. Wash both pieces together on a gentle cycle in cold water to keep the winered tone even. Lay them flat to dry so the ribbed knit does not stretch out.

Living with this one

Do

  • Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
  • Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
  • Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.
  • Measure a jumper you already like and compare it before you settle on a size.

Skip

  • Bleach and fabric softener, both of them flatten the surface.
  • The hot tumble dryer, which is how knit becomes one size smaller.
  • Hangers with thin shoulders, they leave two points that never come out.
  • Ironing directly on the face of the knit.
