Womens Lounge Sets 2 Piece Matching Pajamas Fall Outfits

We knit this two piece set from a flexible ribbed yarn dyed in a deep, earthy brown. The top has a simple crew neckline and long sleeves, cut loose enough to hang away from the torso. Both pieces are built for quiet mornings, travel days, or easy resting at home.

What we would tell you in the studio

  • Rib knit structure. A fine vertical rib runs the length of both the top and the bottoms. The knit provides generous horizontal give while maintaining its shape across hours of wear, resting soft and smooth against bare skin.
  • Crew neck and sleeves. The round crew neckline lies flat with a clean band that keeps its shape. Long sleeves fall straight down the arm to unbanded cuffs that you can push up or leave long over the wrist.
  • Loose body cut. The top is cut with a roomy profile that clears the waist and drops to the hip. It does not cling through the back or shoulders, giving you plenty of room to stretch out or sleep.
  • Cold wash care. Machine wash this set on a gentle cycle in cold water with similar colours. Lay both pieces flat on a clean towel to dry so the ribbed knit stays even and holds its length over time.

Living with this one

Do

  • Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
  • Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
  • Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.
  • Measure a jumper you already like and compare it before you settle on a size.

Skip

  • Bleach and fabric softener, both of them flatten the surface.
  • The hot tumble dryer, which is how knit becomes one size smaller.
  • Hangers with thin shoulders, they leave two points that never come out.
  • Ironing directly on the face of the knit.
