What we would tell you in the studio
- Turtleneck construction. The neck is knitted tall and folds down to sit close against the throat without pulling tight. It stands on its own beneath heavier winter coats and holds its shape throughout the day.
- Batwing sleeve line. The long sleeves start from low, relaxed armholes and narrow down into ribbed cuffs at the wrists. This leaves ample room through the chest and upper arms while keeping the wrists tidy.
- Split lower hem. Side splits break the straight bottom edge near the knee. The opening lets the hem move freely when you walk, sit, or layer the knit over thick leggings or denim.
- Care routine. Wash this piece by hand or run it on a low temperature machine cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Lay the knit flat on a towel to dry so the yarn holds its shape.
