What we would tell you in the studio
- Stand collar and placket. A tall ribbed collar fastens down the front with matching buttons. Unbuttoning a few stitches spreads the neckline out, while closing it holds the rib upright against the neck.
- Cuff and hem details. Matching buttons sit along the ribbed cuffs of the long sleeves. The lower hem finishes in wide ribbing that rests straight across the hips without squeezing.
- White yarn hand. The fine gauge knit has a smooth, elastic feel against bare skin. We chose this clear white dye lot to layer under dark trench coats or sit over thin base tees.
- Knitwear washing care. Wash this sweater by hand or in a mesh bag on a cold delicate cycle. Reshape the damp knit and lay it flat on a dry towel to preserve the collar ribbing.

- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
