What we would tell you in the studio
- Cable knit structure. The vertical cables give the fabric a raised texture and steady thickness. The yarn blends cotton and acrylic, producing a soft hand that holds its pattern without sagging across hours of wear.
- Crewneck and sleeves. We finished the round neck with a narrow ribbed band that holds its circle. Full-length sleeves end in matching ribbed cuffs to keep the fabric anchored at your wrists when pushed up.
- Straight hemline. The body drops straight down to the hip line without tapering inward. This open line lets the hem sit naturally over jeans, wool trousers, or a knit skirt without bunching at the waist.
- Washing and care. Hand wash in cold water with mild soap, or run it through a gentle machine cycle. Press excess water out between towels and lay the piece flat on a drying rack so the cables retain their shape.
