What we would tell you in the studio
- Polo collar and placket. The flat turn-down collar sits over an extended button placket. You can fasten the buttons high for a clean neckline or leave them open to create a deeper split collar that rests flat across the collarbone.
- Straight line drape. Knitted with a roomy H-line body, the sweater falls straight from the shoulder down past the waist. The lightweight yarn gives the piece natural movement without clinging, pairing cleanly over tailored trousers or denim.
- Ribbed cuffs and hem. Clean ribbing trims the wrist cuffs and bottom hem without decorative hardware. The rib structure keeps the sleeves gathered at the wrist and helps the long hem hold its shape through regular wear.
- Yarn hand and care. The smooth yarn blend offers soft stretch against bare skin. Hand wash in cool water with a mild knit detergent, press out excess water without wringing, and dry flat on a towel to preserve the stitch shape.
