What we would tell you in the studio
- Crew neck and placket. A neat rib binds the crew neckline and continues down the front placket. Matching dyed buttons sit close together so the front stays flat when fastened.
- Short sleeve proportion. The sleeves are cut short and finished with a fine band at the cuff. They give light shoulder coverage without bunching up under a jacket.
- Cropped straight hem. The hem is cropped to rest near the natural waist. It drops straight from the underarms without tapering, keeping the silhouette clean over high-waisted skirts and trousers.
- Hand washing care. Wash this knit by hand in cold water or select dry cleaning. Squeeze out excess moisture without wringing, then lay the cardigan flat on a towel to dry.
