What we would tell you in the studio
- Crew neck closure. The round crew neckline fastens all the way up with dyed-to-match buttons. You can wear it fully closed as a light knit top or open over a base layer.
- Cropped straight cut. The hem lands short near the waist, hanging straight rather than gripping tight. It sits cleanly over high-waisted trousers, slip skirts, or layered across sleeveless dresses.
- Fine gauge knit. We selected a smooth yarn blend that feels soft against bare skin. The knit holds enough elasticity to resist wrinkling when packed into a bag for travel.
- Wash and care. Hand wash in cold water or dry clean to protect the knit structure and shape. Press out excess water gently with a towel and lay the piece flat to dry.

Do
- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.
- Measure a jumper you already like and compare it before you settle on a size.

- Bleach and fabric softener, both of them flatten the surface.
- The hot tumble dryer, which is how knit becomes one size smaller.
- Hangers with thin shoulders, they leave two points that never come out.
