What we would tell you in the studio
- High neck and front. A tall collar frames the throat, while the open front falls clean down the torso without buttons or fasteners. It lets heavier base layers show through underneath.
- Roomy straight cut. The body is cut wide through the waist and hips so it will not catch on woven trousers or thick knits. It hangs straight down to the knee.
- Lightcamel yarn. The lightcamel shade is a warm, pale tan knitted from smooth yarn with a soft hand against bare wrists. Two side pockets sit flat in the lower panels.
- Hand wash care. Clean this knit by hand in cold water with mild soap, or dry clean it. Press the water out gently and lay it flat to dry so the length does not stretch out.

- Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
- Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
- Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.

- The hot tumble dryer, which is how knit becomes one size smaller.
