What we would tell you in the studio

  • Crossover neckline. The halter bands cross at the front to form a clean open neck. The edges are finished with a flat knit border that sits steady against the skin without twisting or rolling.
  • Roomy long drape. Below the neck, the knit opens out into a loose cut that falls far down the body. The hem lands long toward the lower leg, allowing the light fabric to move freely with your stride.
  • Smooth summer yarn. A blend of viscose, polyester, and nylon gives this white knit a soft hand and a gentle mechanical give. It remains lightweight in high summer heat and packs down flat for trips.
  • Care and washing. Hand washing in cool water protects the open halter bands from pulling. If you choose the gentle cycle, use cold water and lay the garment flat on a towel to dry.
