What we would tell you in the studio

  • High neck profile. The neck stands close and high along the collar without binding. It anchors the open cut of the shoulders and keeps the profile neat through regular wear.
  • Roomy body cut. We shaped the top to hang loose and clear of the waistline. The hem lands near the hip, giving the fabric room to drape naturally as you walk.
  • White dot pattern. The black ground is knitted with white dot patterning throughout. Both top and bottom share the same yarn lot so the contrast stays uniform across the pair.
  • Care and washing. Hand wash the set in cold water or dry clean to protect the stitch definition. Reshape both pieces and lay them flat on a towel to dry.

Do

  • Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
  • Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
  • Fold it on the shelf rather than hanging it by the shoulders.
