What we would tell you in the studio

  • Close knit gauge. The knit uses a smooth yarn with plenty of recovery. It sits directly against the skin, holding its shape through repeated wear while staying lightweight in warm air.
  • Sleeveless crew neck. We finished the neckline with a plain round crew that sits neatly without bunching. The sleeveless armholes are cut clean to sit flush against the body.
  • Cropped mini hem. The straight hem lands mid-thigh and keeps a clean profile. Because the knit has natural tension, the lower edge stays in place rather than rolling upward as you move.
  • Washing and care. Machine wash cold inside a mesh laundry bag alongside like colours to protect the smooth finish. Lay the dress flat on a clean towel to dry so the yarn keeps its original shape.
