What we would tell you in the studio

  • Mock neck top. The half high collar sits close without choking. Long sleeves finish in clean self hems that rest easily over the wrists, and the body lands straight near the hip.
  • Wide leg trousers. Knitted with an elasticated drawcord waist that stays put throughout the day. Deep side pockets sit flat against the hip, leading into a full wide leg cut.
  • Yarn and hand. The yarn blends rayon with polyester and a touch of spandex for recovery. It feels soft against bare skin, holds its navy shade through regular wear, and resists bagging.
  • Washing and care. Machine wash cold inside a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or lay both pieces flat on a rack to protect the stitch shape.

Living with this one

Do

  • Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
  • Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
