What we would tell you in the studio

  • Half-high collar. The neck stands up without folding over, keeping cold drafts off your throat. It sits close enough to hold its shape through long wear without pressing tight against the neck.
  • Wide-leg trousers. The pants drop in a straight, wide line from the waistband down to the hem. An integrated drawcord lets you adjust the waist, while inset side pockets hold small items flat.
  • Teal dye lot. Both pieces come from a single dye lot so the deep teal shade stays uniform from collar to cuff. You can wear the pair together or break them apart across different outfits.
  • Cold water wash. Machine wash the set cold inside a mesh laundry bag to protect the knit surface from friction. Tumble dry on low heat or lay both pieces flat to dry.

Living with this one

Do

  • Wash cold and on the gentle cycle, or by hand if the yarn feels loose.
  • Dry it flat, in shape, away from the radiator.
