What we would tell you in the studio
- Upright mock collar. The collar stands directly off the yoke in a medium rib. It covers the neck without the bulk of a turned fabric cuff, holding its shape through repeated wear.
- Full tunic length. We knit the body long enough to reach down past the knees. The fabric drops straight from the shoulders, and the deep split hem keeps the long lower edge from catching across your stride.
- Long set sleeves. The sleeves run straight down the arm to meet banded cuffs that sit snug at the wrists. You can push the ribbing up your forearm when you need the fabric out of the way.
- Cold wash and flat dry. Wash this tunic in cold water on a gentle cycle to protect the knit structure. Lay it flat across a drying rack rather than hanging it, which keeps the heavy hem from pulling the shoulders out of line.
